70 / 30 revenue split
Your fans pay a modest $5 entry fee. You keep 70% ($3.50) of every ticket sold. We take 30% to run the platform.
Engage your superfans, boost your watch time, and keep 70% of entry fees with zero financial risk. We fund the cash prizes. You rally your community.
Per ticket
of every $5 entry goes to you
The problem
AdSense payouts swing, merch means inventory, and viewers are tired of subscriptions. Meanwhile, thousands of hours of your best work just sit there.
The solution
We turn your library into a timed treasure hunt. Fans race through 10 questions, find exact timestamps in your transcripts, decode hidden letters, and compete for $500 cash prizes.
Your fans pay a modest $5 entry fee. You keep 70% ($3.50) of every ticket sold. We take 30% to run the platform.
Every contest pays $500 each to the two fastest times. That $1,000 comes entirely out of our pocket, never out of entry fees or your share.
To crack the codes, your fans dive into your back catalog and jump to timestamps in your transcripts. That means real watch time on your older videos.
Look at the math
Because the prizes are fixed and funded by us, every extra entry is upside for you.

We host the hunt, manage entries, time every run to the millisecond, verify the winners, and pay both $500 prizes.
The Crowd-Unlocked launch
When you sign up, we build a reservation page for your community. Followers hold their spot for free. The moment 1,000 reservations are secured, the Entry Period opens automatically and the path to the $500 prizes is live.
Example progress. Fans see the bar fill as the community reserves.
Fans pay $5 per entry. You keep 70% ($3.50) of every ticket and we keep 30%. The two $500 prizes are funded by us every contest, whether 50 or 50,000 fans enter.
Fans get 10 clues. Each one gives a timestamp in one of your videos and asks for specific letters from that transcript line. They convert the letters to numbers (A=1 … Z=26) and enter the code. The two fastest correct runs win.
One-shot entry codes, server-side timing, and one wrong code ends a run. Questions are only shown after the clock starts, one at a time.
Fans reserve spots free first. When your hunt reaches 1,000 reservations, the Entry Period opens automatically. You don't need millions of subscribers, just a passionate community.
Your dashboard includes a ready-to-download audio example and written scripts for a video mention, description, community post, and social caption.
No. Scrub Race selects the material, creates and verifies every question, runs the contest, and confirms the winners. Your only role is promoting the hunt to your audience.
