Locate the timestamp
You get an exact time marker, like 04:12. Each video's transcript link is in its Description — open it and jump straight to that line.
Step 03
Isolate the target letters
Each question asks for specific positions, like "the 2nd letter of the 3rd word, and the last letter of the last word."
Step 04
Convert to the alpha-code
Turn the letters into numbers (A=1 … Z=26) and join them. C (3) and T (20) make the code 320.

Ignore the noise
Count letters only. Skip commas, periods, exclamation points, and spaces.

Use the browser bypass
YouTube's transcript box can't search numbers. Click inside it and press Ctrl+F or Cmd+F to find the timestamp.
